I was initially interested, but I thought the accent colors were blue. Turns out they're green. But that's just me.

Also, from a Microcenter review 16 days ago, it was on clearance for $150, if that gives anyone some perspective.

Good deal. I always liked MSI. This X670e has both PCI 5.0 boxes checked. Should be a good am5 board.

Great board unless you really need the USB4. Zero lane sharing between pcie slots and Nvme unlike the majority of the newest AM5 boards.

Ive been looking to upgrade and was curious what i paid in 2019 for my Asus strix gaming F board. $119! The current strix boards are like 350+! its crazy. Ill be sitting on my current setup until it craps out i guess.

I use this. The boot times are awful. Nothing I tried ever fully fixed it.

I've been using this since March with no issues. Looks like I paid $219 back then.

I would go with the ASRock B650 as it has a better audio codec. I'm also looking for a new motherboard. I'm either gonna go with this one or the ASRock X870 Pro RS WiFi. My only concern for the ASRock B650 is whether or not it will support next gen CPU's. If you don't plan on upgrading to the next generation then purchase the ASRock B650

I just ordered this one. I'm not a hardware expert by any means, but from what I've been researching, x670e boards are better than b650s bc they offer more pcie lanes and have double the io. My thought was since they are around the same price, might as well go for the one with more features 🤷🏻 ♂️

would get the MSI over this. X-70e are flagship models while the B series are budget boards of their respective generations. X670e would get PCIe gen 5 x16 support for the GPU, which is a no brainer at these price points. Most of the time I think the average person wouldnt be able to push their pc to notice the difference in performance but PCIe Gen 5 x16 is something I would opt for.

Very Good point.
Can we get any numbers for boot times? 10 seconds, 30 seconds from the power button push to windows screen???

Wish the numbers were published for the various manufacturers.

Shipping now from Newegg for the same price.

I had ordered from Amazon, but got a delivery date of Jan 30 - Feb 20.

Newegg promises free delivery by Jan 21.

Ordered it with this RAM for $135. (64GB 6400, CL 30 per reddit thread):

Just waiting for the 9800X3D to ship. (Amazon claims Jan 22-26 delivery...)
