Then I used chat to ask why I wasn't getting the $50 discount for first time app purchase. They took all my info and sent a cart link, but it was still missing that. They then sent me to order support where I had to go through all that again. Expressed frustration to the new chat person and a minute later they sent a cart link that had an additional $180 off plus the $50 app discount, for a total price of $760. Again I'm not sure if those exact steps are correct/needed, just how I think I got it after a bunch of confusion and clicking around.
I was just about to buy the Q990C for $1050 when I saw this. Updated model for almost $300 is a hell of a deal

But again steps to replicate are
1. Add Item to cart
2. Verify EPP discount through id.me
3. Chat with Samsung support and ask for 10% off coupon that is individual to you
4. Either have or create a new samsung account for $50 dollars off that automatically gets applied to your order. This only works on Samsung shop app. Will not work in a web browser.
