Polysporin contains bacitracin and polymyxin B, while Neosporin includes those two plus neomycin. Neosporin is often used for a broader range of bacterial infections, but Polysporin is preferred for those with neomycin allergies.

Why? Are you allergic to neomycin?

Amazon [amazon.com] has 0.5-Oz Neosporin + Maximum-Strength Pain Relief Dual Action Antibiotic Ointment w/ Bacitracin Zinc on sale for $5.98 - $1 off when you clip the coupon [amazon.com] (Switch to One-Time Purchase option) - 20% off when you clip the coupon [amazon.com] (Switch to Subscribe & Save option) - 5% off when you checkout via subscribe & save = $3.49. Shipping is free w/ Prime or on $35+.
Same item with same ingredients (other than the analgesic) always available at Dollar Tree for $1.25
https://www.dollartree.com/nature...-oz/356550

Stacking all these bad boys is a cute hack on Amazon, but is the analgesic and the brand name still worth paying more than double for when you might not even need this before it's expiration (or maybe can't find it again or have it available) and have to run to Dollar Tree at that time anyway.

Granted, if you don't have a Dollar Tree, then this might still beat Kroger or CVS, but how many people here are in that situation? Not enough to make this FP I wouldn't think.

Just my $0.02.
Carry on.

PS For those with no Dollar Tree, how about Walmart

You should always dilute peroxide before using it on your skin or as a mouthwash. Peroxide destroys bacteria, but it also destroys tissue. You just have to be careful. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

The Neosporin with lidocaine is awesome. I have never tried this type of pain reliever. Anyone know if it works as an actual pain reliever?
