This or the ecoflo? I'm new to these batteries and looking for backup when power goes out. I'm in a high fire risk area in SoCal and will only use during these times to power my sensitive electronics & router.

Same, in SoCal. I got the ecoflo from Costco because of their return policy. Seems like a solid unit. This is not bad for the price, though I've read its a hassle returning batteries to Amazon.

I have both brands. I feel both are pretty good. I've got 4 power stations now. I really like the App of the Ecoflow. I buy based on best deals as they come up here. Also, SoCal Edison gives $150 rebate on each, up to 5 per household. If you got a power shutoff alert (meaning your power passes through a tier 1 or 2 fire area) you most likely qualify.

They performed a bait and switch on their last deal on me. They sent me and entirely different product with lower capacity (as many can confirm) without asking first. It was a hassle returning the wrong product they sent me. I had to email them pictures of the product's serial number, which required me to open the box, then pack it back up and ship it. It gave me such a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company and would never order from them again. What they did was flat out illegal.
