With referral code it goes down to 646, see screenshot. The lowest price is for the online exclusive colors, which IMO are the best colors anyway. I have the blue, and the ice blue back with the dark rails is stunning. CB sites and bank cashback take this even lower. My bank is doing 4% via deals +5.25% regular category CB, making it $600 if I wanted a second S24U, very tempting. If you're on the fence, MKBHD gave this phone two 2024 phone-of-the-year awards, both "best large phone" and "best overall phone" beating out all the iPhone 16 series and Pixel 9 series.

Seems like you can't generate a referral code anymore from one of your existing accts, so you need to look one up or ask a friend.
Wonder if this fetches $1000 towards an s25 next week???
I think the biggest draw for me for the Ultra models were the 5x and 10x telephoto. There are too many limitations with the 3x on the base and plus models. Not everyone's going to care, but when I had my S22+, the 3x just wasn't sufficient in many cases to capture distant subjects in sufficient detail and I had to bring out my Canon camera with a 120mm lens. Now my Canon usually stays home as the Ultra's photos are sufficiently good.

If you don't care about that, I think the plus are plenty good. I rocked the S22+ for 2 years and if it wasn't for the improved telephoto on the Ultras, I would still be using it.

Nice! For me it's the other way. As I'm planning to sell my S24U to upgrade to s25u, I don't want it drop too much!! Samsung really wants to get their sale numbers up this quarter it seems.

That's why you're a gadgetnerd haha. This could probably trade-in well over $600 for the S25U when it comes out though.

with Samsung App discount and referral code I was able to order it for $631 including MD Sales Tax. This is an awesome deal on one of the best phones of 2024.

Do you think they would care that I replaced the back glass on my S22 ultra?

I thought referral codes only work with new accounts?

One other alternative is to get the S25 slim which will have a 200 MP main camera and a telephoto close to S25 ultra. It will be same screen size as s25 plus and without spen

It is mostly but the chip is a much bigger upgrade this year. I'm anyway looking for upgrading without paying anything so I normally upgrade every year.
