Wow what's the catch? 1080p IPS at 24 inches under $80, good ratings from a well-known brand, and s&s by Walmart. People recommend brands like Koorui, KTC, and the like at this price point but why bother if you want only want FHD.

I remember a couple years back you could only get budget office monitors at that price...

That's expected under $100 and makes the pixel density decent at this screen size.

Unless you have a deal with a 1440p high refresh monitor from a well-known brand that you would like to share?

Nah best size for 4k is at least 32". 1080p at this size is plenty
but i sit right up at the screen due to a vision issue so I'd be able to see the better pixel density even on a small one. And i got a 4070 ti, so it would be overkill for 1080p and for 4k if not on amx settings it would be fine.

One catch is that these are not very bright for daytime use. But if used in dim light, will be fine.

The catch is it's 1080p. Once you go 1440, you don't go back, frames be damned.

In for a pair to replace my old HP 20in dual monitors. Teleworking at home is the norm now since the Covid19 pandemic. With 4% Cashback from "R", it's a good deal.

To get the 165hz settings:

Use display port, right click the desktop and go to nvidia control panel. Click on resolution and scroll to where it says PC you should see 165hz. You may have to enable it on the monitor first and it usually requires the monitor to reset itself.

Using the HDMI cable, you get 144hz.

I was looking for a 24" monitor for office use and I saw this little gem. Fully capable IPS 1080p with 165 refresh rate and supposed 1ms latency.

Seems like a good deal for the money if someone is in the market and doesn't mind 1080p.

Good price here for a small monitor. Looking for something to pair with my laptop for a home office setup as a second/main screen. The size is making me hesitant.

I have seen decent open box/clearance deals on monitors and TVs at my local Walmart. I'm going to keep going in until I find a good one. I stupidly passed on a 1440p 165 Hz for around $115 before.

Yeah 250nits is probably the only con I can find. Beside that, a good value for the price

I ordered this and it's a nice monitor. I'm using it as a 2nd monitor which is perfect for that need. However, I had issues with Walmart losing my first order. They refunded me, then it arrived and told me they were charging me again. This happened after I received it after reordering. This wasn't the first time that happened with Walmart either.
