It does all those things just fine, but it's online only. You can of course download a PDF copy at the end for future reference and/or back up purposes. The other knock on it is that it doesn't import 1099s from brokerages, but it's not so hard to enter this manually, especially if you aggregate short and long term capital gains (i.e. you don't have to list every single trade).
