I post this because "American Metalcraft" and "Japanese-Style" may imply otherwise.

This seems like a good price for it.

Good info, and to be fair Indians are pretty good at metal working for things like pans and spoons, so it's probably nicely made.

This is a three dollar item mass-produced in a factory, not some Indian metalcrafter's studio. It will be useable but not nicely made.

Probably wrong. Not in stating the obvious observation that this is made in a factory, but just in that you likely lack knowledge in this area. I've owned several commercial kitchen items from American Metalcraft and several Made in India metal items, and for a spun flask like this, it's probably going to be nicely made. People who've actually bought it mainly state opinions of it being good quality outside of a batch with a measurement etching error.

I have this and its pretty nice. The rolled edges make it nice to handle and it has some good weight to it.
BUT standard shot amount is 1.5 oz so its too small to get used very much. Get a real 1.5 oz jigger.
