Judging by the review photos, these are probably 0.39 ounces per k-cup. I like to go 0.40 oz. or above for more grinds & bolder flavor, so that's not too bad. Definitely worth a try at this price.

Have they redesigned their k-cups in the past few years? the last time I used them was like four years ago and every single time the k-cups blew or left grounds in the cup or all over the keurig.

I bought the Espresso-O yourself on a deal a little while ago and have had no issues. I've only used maybe half a dozen so far but none have come open or left grounds.
I have a Sincreative and a Cuisinart not a Keurig though so they may work better with not exploding since they aren't proprietary.

We recently went through an 80 count box of their super flavor and working on a 2nd box. Zero issues with our Keurig.
