I had to go on Target's Q&A to find a brand expert answer that it is not 18/10 but 18/0. One review on Amazon says that the inner cooking layer is 18/10 but not the outer bottom layer but I can't verify this anywhere.

This info is not on Cuisinart's website either and the pots are not stamped 18/10 at the bottom. So shame on Amazon and thanks to the previous posters for bringing this to my attention.

I cook a lot and have a bunch of these in different sizes. They are rock solid, multiclad pots at a very inexpensive price. They have held up to very heavy use, are dishwasher safe, don't have glass lids that can crack or hold water in the rim, and work well on induction.

The only downside I've found is that the lids can get little rust spots on them. I have not experienced this with the pots, they have held up perfectly.

I'd be careful with this deal to make sure the sizes are really what you need if you're getting two of them.

Cooking for 2-3 people daily and occasionally larger groups, I use the 2 quart the most (unfortunately not on sale), but having 1x of the 1.5 quart and 1x of the 4 quart has been useful for me.

If you're cooking for 1 or maybe 2 people, the 1.5 quart is useful for smaller dishes. Even for 2 people though, 1 quart isn't all that much volume.

If you're cooking for a big group or making soup, the 4 quart (1 gallon) pot is nice if you need a larger volume but don't want to break out a stock pot. It's large though, I'd be sure you really need two 1-gallon pots before purchasing.

If you happen to need multiple small or large pots, this is a good deal.

based on the reviews, it would seem this is almost certainly not 18/10 stainless.

This. Last time I got this, no where to be found of 18/10 steel. I have all-clad pot and this doesn't even come close to it.

The title should reflect it is not 18/10 else it is misleading.
