I don't see any of the Cuisinart pans being two for the price. The link takes you to just one for that price. Meh.

What happens if you return one of the items? I don't need 2 of any of these pans. Heck the 12 piece is b1g1, but I would definitely just want one...not sure if returning half the order is doable.

I've had the 9" for 10 years, I would buy 2 more but it still looks brand new. Bar keepers friend works miracles with these pans.

Can you use these for hashbrowns? I need to replace my ceramic frying pan.. .but don't know if this is too non stick..

I have been transitioning to stainless steel cookware. For stainless steel, your fat (oil, butter, ghee, ect.) is serving as your non-stick. A lot of "non-stick" pans use a Telfon-like coating that is letting food be released. This coating eventually goes away (after all it is non-stick and it is not going to stick to your pan's material forever). When cooking with stainless steel you can do that fried egg glide: 1) heat the pan still water could skate on it; 2) put your oil in; 3) wait a bit for the oil to get hot; 4)then cook. It does take some adjustments from non-stick but you can cook hashbrowns - you'll have to experiment with the heat and amount/type of fat to get your preference.
