If you want high quality USB C cables then Anker and Belkin both make cheaper alternatives that are fantastic build quality.
For example - try to connect a USB-C iPhone or iPad to a Mac. Unless you have a robust cable, the iPhone/iPad won't consistently show up in macOS Finder. This is because the connectors or cable pairs inside weaken or get noise or whatever.
Using the cable in the OP, you're going to get a consistent connection every this is true of all the other Thunderbolt-certified cables I've tried, but only about 25% of the 10Gbps Belkin/Anker/Cable Matters ones I've tried.

This is not a usbc cable, though.

It technically is also a USB-C cable.
