The Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics includes seven games:
- X-Men: Children of the Atom (1994): The first collaboration between Marvel and Capcom, this game was based on Street Fighter 2
- Marvel Super Heroes (1995): The first game in the franchise to feature heroes and villains from the entire Marvel universe, including Spider-Man, Hulk, and Iron Man
- The Punisher (1993): A unique game in the Marvel/Capcom series, where players fight Kingpin in a style similar to Final Fight
- X-Men vs. Street Fighter (1996): A crossover between Marvel and Capcom
- Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (1997): A crossover between Marvel and Capcom
- Marvel vs. Capcom Clash of Super Heroes (1998): A crossover between Marvel and Capcom
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (2000): A crossover between Marvel and Capcom

Bestbuy deal ends in 3 hours. It's the same price at GameStop if you have a PRO account.

I used my monthly coupon and that took it down to $25. To my surprise the local GS still had 8 new unopened copies.

I remember waking into the arcades during the 90s decades ago and everyone was pretty shocked to see a X-Men vs SF cross over for the first time. This collection definitely brings back some nostalgia!

The nostalgia and multiple games on one disc always sounds great at first.

That wears off quick due to repetition among the games and dated play. $15 would be a better price point for this.

Ok play something else. It looks like you don't appreciate the quality of this collection. Outside of emulation we never had true to close arcade ports of Children of the atom, X-Men vs SF, Marvel Super Heroes vs SF and the Punisher.

Back in the 90s we had X-Men vs SF and MSH vs SF released on PS1 which played poorly due to the limitation of the PS1. You couldn't even tag out your team unless you were playing the imported ver along with a Sega Saturn with the 4MB expansion cart.

This was very expensive to own during the 90s. Back decades ago, Electronic Boutiques actually carried imported vers of these Marvel games which were about $79.99 a piece for the Saturn.

I had no problems finding ranked matches across all games during 6pm - 10pm PST. Make sure you turn on cross region match making. I wished this collection supported cross platform matchmaking, it would be great to find more games across all platforms.
