Different feature/technology - QLED is a layer of quantum dots to enhance color vibrance/reproduction. Mini-LED is the type of backlight, mini-LED having many dimming zones for better overall perceived contrast (better black levels while having brighter highlights on screen at same time, plus all the granularity in between).

This TV is both.

I got this in December. It's a nice TV. The GC took a while to get from hisense but you can use it to buy Fandango at Home movies.

I bought the u75k (75) last year (2023) for the same price during an early BF deal.
I have LOVED this TV, price/quality ratio back then was fantastic. I'll admit, there may be more competition now in this price range. The 75in has the ADS pro panel and feel it out punches its weight.

I generally use the built in apps, and paired with a q990C soundbar system, it's awesome.
Worth a Costco try and then decide Smilie

I got this deal last summer for $1100.
A pretty good TV, and 8.2 as per Rtings.
I used the $100 card to pay for a few apps (APKs)
and/or
pay for 4 years of Google One

Grabbed the 65" the other week and price matched it down to its new price. These prices are pretty much back to the BF pricing for these models. Very happy with the 65" unit for the basement here.
