Different feature/technology - QLED is a layer of quantum dots to enhance color vibrance/reproduction. Mini-LED is the type of backlight, mini-LED having many dimming zones for better overall perceived contrast (better black levels while having brighter highlights on screen at same time, plus all the granularity in between).

This TV is both.

Many newer TVs with HDMI 2.1 have that feature, Gsync compatibility, or the more generic version (VRR) that is also available. This Hisense has all 3.

Gsync/Freesync/VRR generally reduces or eliminates screen tearing. With VRR enabled, and the refresh rate varying and hovering around100hz, it sounds like there can be some distracting artifacts produced on this model.

If you use OTA to access local channels, this TV has the new ATSC 3.0 tuner. It has much better picture and audio quality. Many shows are shown as 1080p instead of 1080i.

Got my 75" in u8K for $770 that way (I actually saw them go as low at 699 but they were snatched up before I had the chance to get one)

Also my google play sheet said it was expired (didnt buy within the date ranges listed on the claim form). They still approved it.

Just fyi, we have had our 65" Hisense TV for 8 years now and never had a single issue with it. If anyone is worrying about quality/reliability of the brand, I wouldn't.

I picked it up in December for the same price. It's an amazing TV. Does wonderfully in a play room with 6 windows. My kid loves video games going from a 50 inch to 75. Highly recommended at this price it can't be beat.
I should add I have the middle of the road (5 or 6?) 55 inch in my gym room and that TV is fine, but this is so much better.

I got this during thanksgiving time at the same price. Terrific tv for the price and 5 year warranty you dont have to worry it not lasting too long. I would have otherwise preferred 65U8N at the same price but Costco unfortunately does not sell that model.

How are the black levels on the ADS pro panel? Still pretty inky? I've never seen that size/panel in person. Hard to find displays of it.
