I did not see this set as low as $20, but snagged it as the "deals of the day" earlier this week for $24.98. It's a nice 3/8" set for the price. Also bought the 1/4" set for $9.98 also part of the daily deals.

I do need a string trimmer and a blower, so I've been waiting for a Kobalt deal on both where I can share the battery, but, I have a pretty small lawn (town-home), so 80v seems like it might be overkill. If it were $50-100 cheaper and just on a 40v combo I would jump on it in a second.
I don't see too many 80V deals or tools. I have the 24V and I'm very happy with it. If you're going for it investigate the extended warranty for "Keep it Running rewards"

One 60V seemed to fail fairly premature but overall good life span from Dewalt.
