I bought one of these around black friday, it's been fine. Other Avapows tested well on Project Farm, but I think battery longevity on all these generic jump starters is questionable.

Would not recommend if you are wanting it for frequent use of air pump. While pretty fast, the control is maddening to use. The hose is really fiddly to get screwed on and the control always defaults to Bar then Kpa air units instead of PSI. The air mode tends to auto time out into jump mode too quickly, so before you can move over to the next tire, you'll need to switch to air mode again and enter in the air units and target pressure again.

I owned the jumpstart only version and it didn't last long. The battery expanded cause the case swell up, which not safe.

We bought five of these for our fleet about 6 months ago. 4 of them failed already. We tossed the 5th one and replaced with Noco boost chargers.

I have a nexpow I bought a few months ago that works as good as any other jump starter i've had. I'm in for this one as it has big power and the air pump. Hoping it's as good as the other one! Thanks!

Yeah .. would spend $299 on this... You can get DeWalt or Milwaukee with additional batteries for that price.

Doesn't have the low voltage bypass. Or does it?

Looks like a generic Chinese seller, based in shenzen (Called avapow on amazon).
Can anyone comment on quality?

In for one, figured it's similar to the AVAPOW one previously with a bit bigger battery, not bad for an all in one.

Just do a search and stop being lazy. Avapow has been talked about numerous times here. It's an up and coming brand. Just like when Anker first came out everyone thought the same thing. Now Anker is the #1 brand out there.

Great feedback, thanks. Was going to get this for my mother but with such nuisances I think it'd be more trouble for her than it's worth.

Anker has gone downhill. Their customer service is slow, and their cables aren't any different than the cheaper ones. They do honor their warranty. I had a PD 20 watt arrive DOA in December. And probably a half dozen cables quit working within a year.

lol.
For every Chinese company like Anker that manages to get established with a half decent reputation, there are dozens (perhaps hundreds) that make & sell shoddy garbage, then disappear when it catches up to them.
Then they rinse & repeat, coming back under a new gibberish 'brand' name with the same garbage products, and new fake reviews.
