I should note that wearing it for like 5-6 hours continuously, i get some ear pain.

It looks to be in new condition to me. Listening to FLAC and it sounds good. Noise cancellation works well and it fits me well. My only minor gripe is that it's a little heavier than I would like, but not a major issue.
