It takes some configuring, but I've had good experiences with using Google Family to manage my kids devices.
1. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your permanent phone.
2. Activate your "donor" phone on the same account.
3. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your new, donor phone.
4. Go to support.tracfone.com and scroll down to and click "Chat with Support".
5. Populate the message template below with details of your donor phone and permanent phone and share with the CSR.

As far as activation, what I have done is: activate qvc phone #1 with a transfer of service from current phone, once the balance is updated, activate qvc phone #2 with a transfer from phone #1. Then once I see the balance updated, go into the Tracfone account, find the original phone and click the activate button and keep my number to transfer everything back from phone #2. Mine was a different bundle, but both qvc phones unlocked on day 60 even though they only had service for less than 15 minutes. Many Tracfone experts will advise spreading the activations out on different days in case you have to sort something out later.
This method maximizes service time and is easiest because you don't have to deal with customer service at all. If you want to open multiple accounts to try to get self-referral points, there are different benefits and risks to that method.
i just got my 2 pack of Trac phones and activated one of them.
we only need one of these phones, so i want to put the time on the 2nd phone onto the first phone. is that hard to do? or should i talk to customer service?
we are coming from Flip phones to this and these phones are Light years ahead of our flip phone games.

If you want to use the first phone, after checking the service bucket (minutes/text/data, 2 years) is correct and working properly, you can login Tracfone account and activate the first phone ('manage lines', choose the inactive first phone, activate by keeping the number which is now on the 2nd phone), and everything will go to the first phone.
Also, that particular A15 had the Total Wireless app on it. Hmm....

Kinda sad, that even brand new sealed these phones are just e waste, right out of the box.
I concede, there may be specific use case for the phones.
But invariably, they will be slow and frustrating

Is this real or fake? I thought it was a 2 month wait...
There is something else going on. Received to same message about already being eligible for unlock on two new activations with new line no port on or transfer. Updated to android 13 and and dialed #tfunlock# just to see if it made any difference. Both phones returned SIM 'locked' status and same message again texting 611611
I didn't transfer anything. It's a new account / line / number?

First two phones I activated from this deal returned dates for unlock. Then recent two had the false 'already eligible for unlock' message. Must be a bug in their automated support system.
