I have several. I prefer the smaller ones.

12.49. Much easier to move and store.
The corollary is, if it doesn't say it's weatherproof, you can rest assured it's not.

They aren't entirely waterproof. I live in a bit more humid area so sometimes I do find condensation inside my camping one's.
I resolved it by getting some weather seals and ran it through the lip of the lid. I got some 1/4" ones and it worked perfect. No more condensation and waterproof.

The little ones don't lock well with the larger ones but do sit decent enough to stack anyways.
The latches on these are super robust. There is absolutely no way the lid would blow off going down the highway in a pickup bed, for example. And I love this shape and size of tote way more than the yellow-lid monsters that people seem to like so much. These aren't quite as big but those enormous totes aren't needed for most things. These are way easier to carry around. I use them for packing for trips sometimes too (this is moreso their designed purpose I believe).

"Bought a couple of these a while back on a deal. I can't recommend them. They're not waterproof and they're not sturdy. A latch broke on each of mine within the first few weeks. They can't take a bump/impact, the latches are cheap plastic and shatter. The totes themselves have held up OK, but I have been careful with them since they had already broken. "
"These are not good. They are flimsy and not really lockable. If you want to lock something, you'll need to purchase 4 locks so as to lock each of the 4 holes, and unless those locks are very tight on those holes, it's still possible to get into it a little bit on the sides, so you better hope whatever you lock is big enough to not pull though the gap, which again can be bent because it's flimsy. Also the holes for the locks are pretty small so it better be small locks. If all your looking for is a box that is plastic and slightly stronger than cardboard, then this might help, but certainly don't use it for anything you actually care about keeping somewhat secured.
