yeah - taking pre-workout before cardio and non-lifting workouts can be beneficial, particularly if you want an energy boost during intense activities like HIIT or longer cardio sessions

Can pretty much take it before any kind of physical activity. Adjust depending on the effects it has on you.

Deal wasn't showing up for one of the flavors but was for the others, so if the coupon doesn't show up for you, check the others out.

This looks like a cardio blend. Most lifting pre workouts have citruline in them. This seems to be primarily vitamins, caffeine, and beta alanine with very minor amounts of the expensive kind of creatine. Studies beta-alanine has little to no effect of weight lifting but okayish results in endurance sports and makes you itchy.

I'm in my late thirties and take this, but only days I'm tired or when I'm planning to go heavy.

Has red40 in it. No need for fake dyes that have been deemed harmful.

Good. The l citruline seems to irritate my rosacea.

As long as you listen to your body and you don't have any existing health problems, you should be fine.
But as you're asking this question on Slickdeals , I'd like to answer as No. it's not Okay. You should do your own research and make an informed decision on your own .

You seem to know your stuff. Can you recommend good creatine brands or products? Thanks.

Is this like the stuff in the cans? Just in a powder form? Or is this something different?

I don't buy pre-workout and supplements that use unspecified amounts of ingredients as a "blend".

This has "3.181g Performance Blend" from six different ingredients. But you have no idea if you are just getting 3g of one of them and 0.181g of the others.

Yes you can. You can take it before about anything you want, like work. But I find that the more I use preworkouts, the less punch they give me (guess I get used to them). So I use them sparingly, like when I'm really dragging butt.
