This looks like a cardio blend. Most lifting pre workouts have citruline in them. This seems to be primarily vitamins, caffeine, and beta alanine with very minor amounts of the expensive kind of creatine. Studies beta-alanine has little to no effect of weight lifting but okayish results in endurance sports and makes you itchy.
I'm in my late thirties and take this, but only days I'm tired or when I'm planning to go heavy.

Good. The l citruline seems to irritate my rosacea.
As long as you listen to your body and you don't have any existing health problems, you should be fine.
But as you're asking this question on Slickdeals , I'd like to answer as No. it's not Okay. You should do your own research and make an informed decision on your own .
This has "3.181g Performance Blend" from six different ingredients. But you have no idea if you are just getting 3g of one of them and 0.181g of the others.
