This is for existing users on flexible or unlimited plus plan. Phone comes unlocked and ready to be used with any carrier, just make sure not put the FI SIM in any other phone until the 120 day counter in FI account reaches 0.

How do I get this if I'm not a google FI user?
Previously some saw this "existing user" upfront discount offers 21 days after opening the account. In a recent thread https://slickdeals.net/f/18046998-s24-ultra-unlocked-l-google-fi-existing-customers-120-days-of-service-required-info-on-s25-ultra-preorder-599 some saw the discount 48 hours after opening but I believe they did not click on it to see if they are actually eligible. So if you are planning to get S25U you can do a gamble for $25 or so by opening an account now (use referral code for $60 credit) and see if you are able to order by the end of the preorder period. Note that even after the preorder period ends FI will still have a discount albeit $50 less o it might still end up being a good discount.

Been an unlimited plus subscriber for an entire year. I don't get this offer in the Fi store. Lengthy chat with Customer Service couldnt resolve it. They escalated to a senior manager and will email me in 24 hrs.

What offer do you see?

I have a similar issue like "DrSandbags", any input is appreciated.

I am existing Fi customer, when this offer rolled out I got the $650 Off offer; Unfortunately before placing the order I Included one of my family members by creating a group plan. Now the offer is gone. I only see 24 month credit offer (even the family member also sees the same 24 month credit offer)

Does this mean, by creating a group plan suddenly I became a new user rather than an existing customer?

Once you go to the next step, there should be a prompt with 3 options something like the phone is for me, decide later, someone in the group. If you choose for me, do you then see the $650 off? Also are you on flexible or unlimited plus plan? Did you change the plan while adding that member?

I don't see an option like that, when I click on Ultra it straight takes me to choose color and give me two options to buy. 1. $900 one time payment 2. $12.50 / month for next 24 months.
I am on flexible and I did not change the plan when adding a member.

My bill will be ready by today, will see if things change after that.

You can select the one time payment and then add to cart, the options should show up in the next screen, at least that's how it is for me. This is something FI added recently.

I took the Fi Unlimited Plus during the Dec promotion and got 50% off on the monthly bill for 6 months. So if I order S25 will I lose this 50% off monthly promotion?

if you're on the 50% off Unlimited Plan, you will not get this offer. You have to cancel that offer before having access to this offer

Any update? You mentioned earlier signing up on December 26th for this deal.

Yeah , when you get the new phone it comes with a psim. Activate that sim and dont use that sim in any other phone for 120 days and dont use any other Google Fi sim in the s25. If you want to use eSim I think GadgetNerd posted instructions a page back or two. There were two threads, not sure if mods merged them .
Thanks for the info!

Actually in the Google fi app I do see the offer of $500 off on S25. I guess if I still order the phone either I will be charged this $500 later or I will lose the promotion of 50% off on unlimited plan.

The problem is even if I want to, I will not be able to move to a flexible plan at this moment because in Google fi the plan can only be changed at the end of the billing cycle which is middle of the next month for me.

I'm finding out you can't get the pre-sale price as you already have an ongoing offer
you would need to cancel that offer before you can get another offer.
I just did that and I still can't get the offer, probably because the offer doesn't cancel until Feb 26.
Now they tell me I can add another person to get this deal.

bad news for me.
You can't have another offer ongoing and get this deal.
I tried to change plans as instructed by the customer support, but now the plan won't change until Feb 26, so the discount will not be available until Feb 26, which this $600 off will be gone by then.
Arrrrgh

They said something about adding another member and I should get the offer then, but A) I don't want to add another member, 2) I don't trust their advice since they were wrong when I highlighted the offer won't change until the end of Feb and they said that won't be an issue - which it is

Need advice: thinking to switch from At&t to FI. I'm paying $65.99 for each line ,2.lines for unlimited plan. Fi offering $55 for each line ($110) with $1000 discount towards s25 ultra if I stay with them for 2 years
What do you guys think? Is it worth switching to FI? Pls guide and thanks in advance.
