I just tried and got 5xx for s25 trade in for iphone 16 pro.
yeah its 4xx actual trade in value and 16 pro gives you an extra hundred. s25 gives you 700 so it ends up being 11xx

Has anyone received the device and paid full ? Do we get back 700$ as full credit or distributed over 36 months?. I got email from spectrum for trade- in instructions and saying that 700$ would be distributed over 36 months?

If you trade in at local spectrum, do they take your phone right away?

How do ppl transfer the data if you are currently using the trade-in phone??

Yea, it's about $20/month over 3 years.

Ugh, if in store doesn't have stock I may have to go with the order online method. However I don't plan to keep my "free" line past Sept. So is it really confirmed you can ask for the credit to be credited back to your credit card if you pay the full amount for the phone?

Think I'm going to jump on this one, for an S25+. But I have two quick questions:

1.) I've ordered a new Moto G Play to use for the trade-in value. It's from Tracfone. Never having used a Tracfone phone...what do I have to do to get this phone in a state that is eligible for the trade-in? One comment says to 'activate' the phone. And a comment says "so long as the phone is not locked". Yet, a comment in the QVC Moto G Play thread says that an unlock is not necessary (and has not been in the past). So, I'm looking for some guidance and clarification.

2.) I've read recent comments that say the phone will have Spectrum branding. How can this be removed? Is it possible? I purchased my current phone after reading a great thread many years ago here on Slickdeals about the old Galaxy S8 phone from Cricket. It too was branded, but I think in order to remove the branding someone recommended an Ebay service to do so? I actually did do it...but honestly I don't remember the process (and my hard drive has since crashed which had notes). Any advise and guidance is much appreciated. Thanks all and good luck!
1) If you don't need the Tracfone plan, I'll pay 5 AGC for each plan. PM me, I'll do the setup work as well.

2) Spectrum Samsungs can be flashed with Odin with U1 firmware for no carrier bloatware, or to your carrier's U firmware since some carriers requires their firmware for some services like wifi calling. Odin and firmware can be downloaded for free.

Did you buy S25 as payments or in full?

Where in NJ is there Spectrum service? I thought Spectrum was all NYC. If you've done this before in NJ, do you know if they charge sales tax on the full retail price of the new phone or on the difference with trade in phone?
If the stores block a person from doing additional trade-ins, how long does it take until that person is unblocked? Also, can they try a different store on the same day or is the block effective on all stores?

I talked to customer care and they mentioned that I can pay for full. If I pay full, will I able to get credit sooner or do I need to wait for 36 months?

How did you pay for the device? Did you pay in full or installments?

Customer care told me if I pay in full and once the trade in is completed, then we would be able to credit full sooner. I wanted to confirm anyone tried this option already

When you placed the order, you did instalments. You have the phone delivered and the email from Assurant to send the trade in. You asked customer care after the phone was delivered to see if you can pay the rest and get the full trade-in value back and they said yes?

They do take the phone right away when I did my trade-in in store (last year).
I guess maybe they can wait for you to complete the transfer?? Anyone else have done this?

I would love to try it if it's an easy process. Totally clueless and afraid to brick the phones.
very simple to do - try searching online on "Samsung S24/S25 firmware flash odin"
