So I successfully traded in my QVC Moto G Play 2023 phone in store for the S25. I didn't actually know whether or not to activate the Moto phones though. They all said "device locked" and to insert the Tracfone SIM (which I already removed). The employee took it though, but do I have anything to worry about? Can they somehow claw back my credit? I did make sure I paid in full and got the instant trade-in credit.

Locked phones are acceptable tradeins. It just has to be paid off in full. You're fine.
Now if my store gets some 256Gs in stock ffs. I don't want to pay $900 online and wait for a refund lol.

All stores only get base memory configurations. If you want higher, online is your only option

Dropped by local Spectrum in SoCal. No stock, said they will have them next Tuesday. Asked them for a number I can call to check stock & they said they only do outbound calls. Guess I have to try to to check the next 2 or 3 weeks. Hopefully it will slow down and actually have stock.

I am curious how two phone upgrades can be done on the same line? Lets say you trade in OLD_1 for S25_1, and the line is now on S25_1. In order to do another trade in OLD_2 for S25_2 on the same line, do we need to remove the line from S25_1 first before it can be assigned to S25_2?
