Anyone think this would be a problem in the future? Trying to trade my last moto g play from tracfone , without the sim card, after factory reset, it won't let you pass the screen noting the phone is locked. I'm going to bypass everything first with the sim inserted then take it out after, but just wondering after they take the trade in and find out that is locked, if it would cause any problem. I know they take lock phones but just wondering.

Got the last regular size S25 in Chino Hills, CA. Paid in full and $700 promo + trade in credit deducted immediately. Paid taxes on the full cost of the phone.

Anybody know what happens if the $700 + trade in credit exceeds the total value of the phone?

Thinking about upgrading again to the S25+ but only if the promo and the trade-in credit will cover the taxes

That makes no sense. People couldn't have upgraded the same line multiple times if this was the case. Did you switch the eSIM back to the phone before calling for the unlock?

Yeah he's wrong. Many DPs of not having to keep it active for the 60 days, just at start and when calling in to unlock
