I got the S25 Ultra which is what I really wanted so no biggie for me. I will just end up selling the rest of the phones I think.

There are a couple SDer here who's phone either delivered and/or validated by Assurant. Waiting for them to help post a successful full credit back to card.
If I remember from last year, some people got the amount credited to their account then called cs to get it applied to their cc. Never did it myself tho.
I would even try doing an online
upgrade on a line from s25 to ultra as it seems to let me check out but am worried it would get denied later or I'm stuck with 2000+ in bill credits. LMAO

If you've paid for your new device in full, the trade-in credit will be refunded to your credit card within two billing cycles. Otherwise, a monthly credit will be applied to your Device Payment Plan in equal parts over the duration of the plan, starting within two billing cycles.

Can I trade in more than one device at a time?
You're allowed to trade in one device per new line of Spectrum Mobile service. For example, if you're activating five lines of service, you can trade in a device for each new line, for a total of five trade-ins.
You'll receive a separate payment, shipping information and offer number for each eligible device you trade in.
Therefore, the credit should definitely go back to my credit card but trying to upgrade a line online is sketchy and might cause problems. I will probably just add another line online and be done with this.
I am pretty sure that upgrading the new s25 line to the ultra is what triggers the fraud alert. It happened to me for the s23 . Not sure why it happens to me and not other people though.
in fact I am reading this thread and there a lots of fraud posts, problems with the online trade in etc etc. Probably not going to bother any further as it doesn't seem like it's worth the trouble to do this online.
3 s25 and 1 s25 ultra is enough for me lol
