When I'm not signed in, the option is there.
Can get to the trade in page with the IMEI and the correct trade in value without signing in. Do you do that and then sign in when checking out? Thanks

Did you buy the S25 online or, in store?
Had an agent say they even had to order their upgrade online for their own personal phone.
Did you get the trade in instructions? I also did around 2 hours back but no trade in instructions
I called Spectrum Business and talked about the promo. We went through through the process and he confirmed my iphone Xs max would get 700 credit. Process would be same as online order to ship them the trade-in. They also have the first line free too.

You can pack your self, ups store will be more happier
Pack your self and take pictures or videos and go to ups store. Show them your barcode and they will put their label on your box and give you a receipt. Use the receipt to track your trade in.

Thanks that helps!

In all likelihood, if they were going to give you trouble, it'd be for the S25 to S25 plus thing, not because it's on same line or spectrum or anything
And if they do, just go to another store or try another day
Reps are just making up their own rules all high and mighty lately. You're not doing anything you can't do, and should insist politely. If no dice, move on
