Dropped off my phone yesterday at the UPS store & said I was doing a trade-in with Spectrum. After scanning the QR code, the guy initial picked Spectrum Return or something instead of Assurant.
There was a printout of some Spectrum Return information (along another printout of the tracking #), and it was being shipped to another location like Round Rock, TX or something. Luckily I caught it and told him I'm actually not doing a return, but trading in a phone to Assurant. So he had to reprocess it under another option with Assurant after scanning the QR code.
I sent my phone in on 2/12 and they still have not yet received it.

When I sent in 2 more phones at 2 different stores this week, 1 print-out said Assurant, the other said Charter, but both destinations were Lewisville, TX.
Dropped off my phone yesterday at the UPS store & said I was doing a trade-in with Spectrum. After scanning the QR code, the guy initial picked Spectrum Return or something instead of Assurant.

That's what I thought also, but apparently he was pushing some buttons on the screen and had to scan the QR code a couple of times.
But it was a totally different address, possibly only for Spectrum returns. Probably would've been SOL if it actually shipped there as no paper work was included in the box, when they packaged it up.
Was able to do s25 to 25+ instore yesterday and the receipt shows a refund of $123 to go back to my credit card. Nothing showing on the credit card yet. Thought credits went back to the mobile account. Either way is fine just wondering if it anyone had the refund directly back to the credit card.

not doing a S25+ upgrade, but just so anyone in the area knows they have S25's in stock now.
