More BS from these Spectrum jokers. Of course you can pay in full in the store, that's what everyone is doing! Man, they just keep coming up with more lies and excuses to deny everyone. Bad karma for these employees, thankfully there's a few good ones out there (unfortunately the bad ones outnumber the good ones, and you got a bad one). Hope your trade-in goes well!

Dropped off at ups Friday 5:40pm. Tracking shows it will be deliver Wednesday. However, spectrum portal still shows waiting shipment, It may take up to 24 hours. Its been over 24 hrs and still shows waiting. Should i be concerned?

My pitiful timeline - ordered s25 on 2/16, order confirmed and shipped 2/17, email received with QR code for shipping with UPS on 2/17; dropped off the phone at UPS on 2/18; s25 arrived 2/19; package delivered to Lewisville, TX today 2/21.

As you saw, I also went through hell and back to make this deal work, while many others here just flew through the process - I'm happy for them (really) - but man, it sucks when you draw the short straw! My wife was pissed too when all this was going on, and kept telling "just forget it, it's more trouble than it's worth" but by then, I was all in and not giving up the fight. I don't know for sure if I would have done the online S25>S25+ if I hadn't been able to do it in the store, but I'm glad I didn't have to do that in the end. Keep us updated and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

It is ok if he wanted you to pay 36 months installment to complete in-store trade-in because you can call the billing department later on and they will sort out for you for the full payment. A week ago, I was charged $10 in-store for trade-in Moto G Play to S25, then later on I called the billing department and they resolved my issue immediately for the full payment by charging $778 & refunded $690 to my credit card. So at the end, my credit card was charged around $98 total which is correct for the full payment. When I was charged $10 at the store, I was very happy because I thought that dude did something wrong which gave me $88 more, but when I went home and logged into my account, then I saw the installment bill for next month. I then knew that he set up the payment in a 36 months installment. I then called the billing department and they resolved this issue immediately for me.

Their system doesn't seem to sync properly this year. Just keep tracking it and you'll get an email once Assurant approved the phone.

Assurant tracking is broken. Just following UPS tracking. Assurant has been sending the credit approved email a day after UPS delivers.

Thanks, I will send my Moto G Play 2023 to Assurant tomorrow at UPS in the phone set-up like yours and hopefully everything is ok.The set-up is factory reset with SIM card inside and then wait until it comes up at the 1st screen, then turn it off and ship.

No, I think the return fee is $50 for each phone regardless of breaking the seal or not and the return window is only 14 days.
