You think $20 less on a $1100 trade in is nerfing? Tough crowd.
No I'm not complaining when it cost me less than $5 to upgrade lol

Their system might be down. Just try again later.
I did. It's been 3 days and still the same thing. I made a mistake while trading in my s25 for the s25+ the very next day and now my account is stuck with some error that nobody has seen before. I rushed my trade in because I thought the promo ended on 2/20. The exact error is "UI has post buyinfo before get buyinfo"
Nobody in store or the two CS rep I talked to, one in tech support and the other in billing, has seen this before.

Because it ended up as 36 payments instead of pay in full.
My trade in also was set up as 36 months wrongly, any way to correct this. The billing dept says you have to go to the store to correct it

No need to call; just pay your phone balance and refresh the page or sign out and log back in. You will then see the credits in your bill. Chat/call to refund the credit to your card.

This was an instore trade in, how can I pay again. My balance shows 972 now, so if I pay that now I will get back those as credits?
update- I was able to pay in full and get back at credits, another billing agent helped me

I thought I had a good spectrum CSS in store and he was hooking me up with details about the trade in.

Today, he called me and told me that the system won't allow me to upgrade the S25 to the S25+. Should I try another store or just do it online?

Yeah, I'm amazed. I didn't do anything against the rules, but from all the reports on here it looks like I dodged some bullets.

I got to the end of the process in store today, was told my total after trade in, and was then shown on the computer screen how it said I needed to go online. Is that the in store block?

I haven't been able to put a trade in on the website all day.

I was able to do it on Friday, but I suspect the opportunity to do this is rapidly ending. As you probably read from my very long post, it was absolute hell to get it done, and it only happened because I had a good rapport with the agent. I mean, 2 1/2 hours to do a trade-in? It's ridiculous and only because I was very nice to the woman that helped me that I got it done. Some others on here have had an easy time of it, but I think in most cases the agents in store just don't want to be bothered and nothing makes them do it (management really doesn't care, since these phones are a money loser for the company). It seems to be left up to the agent only to decide if you'll get the upgrade or not, unless something has changed in the past two days. I guess we'll see as this week starts and people report back here on SD what happens in the stores. Meanwhile, if you have the time or energy (and don't mind wasting gas) you could try another store. Maybe you'll get lucky.

Was it tough to do online? I'm worried about shipping it out, packaging, box, etc.

Easy UPS QR. Less than a week shipping to credit email.

Do they send you a box to ship it back?

And did your credit get refunded back to your credit card already???
