Hey guys, I was successful in upgrading my S25+ to S25U today in Orange County CA. This was after trying yesterday at a different location and the rep almost yelling at me that what I was doing was fraud and supposedly he was going to flag my account for fraud.
I guess we just have to be persistent. I wasnt interested in the black color (all they had) but it actually looks nice in person.

How much did it cost from the plus to the ultra with tax?

Adding another data point - I activated an S25 yesterday and traded in a Moto G Stylus 2023 for $710 credit, $150ish out of pocket after taxes. Went back today and traded the S25 for an S25 Plus, and supposedly came out with a $15 credit.

Naturally as soon as I left I realized they gave me the wrong color (they didn't open it when they did the upgrade). I went back to get the correct one and they messed up my account when they did the swap, but at least the original upgrade went smoothly.

In Charlotte, the rep said they had all the colors in stock other than the mint color.

It seems like the rep would have been cool if you upgraded the S25+ for the correct color S25+. If so, you would have made close to $100 profit/credit to your account.

Dropped off from S25 for trade in at UPS at noon today. 10:20pm now and UPS website still says the tracking # doesn't exist....

Hi Charlotte friend, which store did you go to? The one near ikea sucks, and south blvd showed fraud alert msg.

So idk what sets this fraud block off, but somehow i have now done 9 trade ins at the same location without a hiccup, 7S25 and one S25 to S25plus 512gb and another to S25 ultra 256GB

Yeah i am just gonna try to bump most of the S25 up to plus snd ultra now in the last few days. I am all out of moto play 23/24, plus its too hard to pass up trading s25 for plus and making profit while doing it.

I got the s25 + delivered today. Is it ok to just activate the mobile online in the portal to kick in the 60 day period for unlock witjput opening the box or should i activate thru esim to start the 60 day period

I am trying to do this in store. Any one knows if I need to activate the phone I bought from QVC before I go? The QVC order comes with two phones, A&B. When I active,phone A, I assume the phone B is a spare only and not be activated. Shoudl I trade in phone A or either one is fine?

Also, if do it in store, is there any extra fees more than doing online?
