I upgraded from s25 to s25+ while the s25 still worth $1113 trade in value, dropped s25 at ups store last Sat, package did not move for days and it only shows UPS had my package, I was really worried until today it suddenly shows out for delivery.

can you confirm your scans with dates ? Mine is at Preparing for delivery since 5am at ft worth.

I had 1 trade-in arrive on Friday, and I got notification on Tues. I have 1 trade-in delivered Monday and no notification yet.

This is helpful, thanks. Please update us once the Monday delivered clears up. When you have mentioned notification, that means trade in credit approval?
Mine got delivered yesterday, no notification from assurant yet.

It's a crap shoot. I had 2 Motos delivered to them on the same day. One got approved the next day, the other one got approved after 7 days. Their website tracker says to expect confirmation within 7 days of delivery.

I have 1 line with spectrum.

I have a trade in phone that is supposed to arrive today to assurant, so I'm guessing it will not be processed before 3/4.

I have another old phone that I want to use as a trade in for another s25.

Has someone ordered a second phone on the same line while waiting for the first trade in to be approved?
