Ended up with a credit of $123 to be sent to my credit card from the 25 to 25+ trade
Called and the credit was issued to my credit card and has cleared already.
However, on the next estimated bill they added a charge for the $123 and below that it says refund of $123 but not in the negative and it says my next bill will be $123 (free line so it should be nothing). Spectrum says it's assurant's fault and they have started a ticket to correct it. Hopefully will be done before my payment is due.
I know this has happened to at least one other person. My bill generates today so we shall see. Does anyone else see the same thing?
I would also go here https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer for your state, and file a fraud charge against them, since that is exactly what this is
The Assurant status tracker website still shows "Awaiting Shipment" and the credit hasn't posted into my Spectrum account, as of yet.
Another DP. I am yet to open the S25+ box that was delievered to me on 2/25 (which I received for trading in S25) and activate it. Waiting for the credit to post my Spectrum account, before activating the device. So, as others have noted, activating the new device is not required for trade-in processing.

For example, I paid $186 ($166+$20 trade in phone) using a $20 motorolla 2023 phone from the QVC deal. But if I had instead purchased the Metro iphone 13 for ($75+$5 port #), I would have only paid about $82 total in the end (thats including the price of the iphone). This is with california taxes.

Paid line pixel 8 -- s25 silver 2nd week of February, yesterday iPhone 13 --s25 navy(store).
Today attempted s25 navy to s25+ and at the end the order wouldn't process, the rep said this is the 3rd one today with this error. He turned the monitor towards me and it says You( rep) can't not process s25 to s25+ in store and the customer has to do the order online. All orders were done in store #1 except today I went to store #2 because store #1 didn't have any plus in stock yesterday. In store #1 the reps were cool and had no issues with me going through several upgrades in one session even stated it's spectrums fault for letting customers do it so take advantage. I'm done for now I have Ultra and two 25base, my trade in credit I received with no issue even with the phone being traded in for the plus before they received my trade device. Going to cancel my paid line and keep the free and rotate devices when it's time to unlock.

I just received an email from Assurant and they told me good news for whatever Spectrum promised. Now I want to trade S25 to S25 Ultra, but kind of worry.
Mine got delivered on the 26th and got an email today that it is accepted. Still, their website shows they are waiting for the device..
