Showing $362 (With Tax) for S25+ with Pixel 6A trade in. How people are getting around $150 ?
They do two trade-ins. Trade in Pixel for S25 first, then they trade in S25 for S25+.

So looks like the IMEI has to be active for 61 days, not just activated with the SIM? I wanted to pop my pSIM into another phone while waiting but looks like the phone needs to be activated and on spectrum for 61 days?? oh well. Just have to pay a few more extra days on the plan if this is true and the phone has to be active for 61 days
yes, that's what representative told me. If anybody is having different thoughts, please share it. Because sometimes practical audience response is better than Spectrum folks, and SD is best platform for such practical audience 😃

Its a guarantee if you're persistent enough. You have to want it.
But then again, there's only a few days left. It'll be a little tough making it happen.

Its more so of a ten line account limit… so you obvi cant get more then ten promos or devices because its supposed to be one promo per line.On that note, has anyone tested out the highest unlimited plus or upgrade plan to avoid the fraud block yet?
Hmmm. I do have 10 lines… but I only opened 9 new lines and did 10 trades. I have two lines on unlimited plus and it didn't let me upgrade s25 to s25 in store. I ended up doing an online trade from s25 - S25U for the last trade.

My trade-in was delivered to Assurant last Tueday (2/25) as well. Received the e-mail from Assurant 10 minutes ago confirming they inspected the tradein and that I will receive the trade-in credit of $388 and $700 promo, totalling $1088.

The Assurant status tracker website still shows "Awaiting Shipment" and the credit hasn't posted into my Spectrum account, as of yet.

Another DP. I am yet to open the S25+ box that was delievered to me on 2/25 (which I received for trading in S25) and activate it. Waiting for the credit to post my Spectrum account, before activating the device. So, as others have noted, activating the new device is not required for trade-in processing.

Good luck everyone with your trade-ins!

Don't you need to activate the phone so it will be eligible to unlock after 60 days?

Unless they change recently.. in the past ( S23, S24 ).. the clock started when they shipped it.. after 60 days, you just need to activate the phone on the Spectrum line and call/chat to unlock..

You don't need all lines to active.. just one is enough.. well, I just keep the free one year active..

Will that apply if you upgrade? Or does the clock reset with every new phone that's activated?

really, you got rejected on unlimited plus? Idc how many phones I got already if I would of been rejected for an upgrade on the plan that has the sole benefit of anytime upgrades I would of had to said something.

I had an issue where I shipped a S25 and they said it was a S22 Ultra. I opened a ticket with Spectrum with no progress on that. I also emailed Assurant directly and they refused to help. I asked for pictures of the phone they received and they said they could not do that as the phone was not damaged. They told me either I accept the credit or receive the phone that they have.
How did you ship your phone? I had mine shipped via UPS by handing it to the clerk. My package also was a week late, so something may have happened to the phone during that time.
I personally suggest the FCC, The complaint form is not long at all and then you make them come to you. if you fill out the FCC informal complaint form this weekend you will have an executive or corporate rep reach out to you. I just went through this because I bought an iPhone 15 from Walmart with AT&T service and never received it. I messaged both companies and they just acted like the Spiderman pointing at each other meme all the while I have a bill for some $1300 dollars. I received a call spoke to someone for 5 minutes and then she called me back two hours later and said the 1300 was wiped clear. Plus I received a little AT&T prepaid card in the mail for some reason. Very efficient, but have everything documented if you choose this route.

when i try to buy the phone online it says "select the device you want to replace" and it shows my current phone (a15) that im using with my spectrum account but i want to send in the moto 23. My a15 is automatically selected and theres no other option i can enter. The moto 23 is the cheaper phone so i want to send it in but the a15 is already preselected. Can someone confirm if i have to send in the phone that i currently use on Spectrum to upgrade or i can send them any phone?

Yes, you can send in any phone. If you do the trade-in with the Moto 23, that's the device the trade-in offer is valid for and must be sent in to Assurant since it's tied to the offer, value, and associated IMEI of the Moto 23.

You'll be replacing (or upgrading) your current phone A15 on your account, with the new S25 phone you order for that line, once you receive it. Therefore, you must select that line with the A15 "to upgrade" it.

Anyone catch the spectrum website glitch last week where the $700 promo credit doubled to $1400? Curious if your trade has completed and how much you got? All of my Spectrum order info (emails, order statement in my account online, etc) shows $1400 promo credit on the order, but the Assurant portal shows $700. Still waiting on my trade to be delivered to Assirant for inspection.

I've been to two stores so far, to get my S25 upgraded to S25+. First store, the rep said only only trade in for a line. Second store, the rep mentioned I have to do it online. I want to simply trade in and not have to worry about that credit in the account. Any suggestions?
