when did you get the credits for trade in devices? I just got mine today and chatted with spectrum to have it transferred to my card on file. as soon as he did that, the credit that was showing on my credit were gone to monthly payments for plans(in my case I have 4 lines now, with one free line, $90$, like changed from -2162.xx to $90)
when I had my credit posted, it was also saying credit will be settled next billing period or sth similar, but when I request transfer credit to my credit card on file, it was done right away. credit didnt show up on my card on file(its debit card) so I guess I will have to wait a few days..

Same for me. I upgraded twice, on 2 different lines, from S25 to S25+, and got credits along the way. One upgrade was at the store and the other online. The $ for online upgrade shows under both credit and refund on the next estimated bill - so it is a wash. However, the $ from the store upgrade is showing only under refund - hence the estimated next month bill goes up by that refund amount.

Just got a couple emails from spectrum regarding my trade ins. Got full credit for s25 trade-in and full credit for moto g play 2024. I did not leave the sim card in it and I also went past the restart screen and got to home page skipping logging into any accounts and stuff. I did UPS qr code method and provided my own boxes. Cashier printed out shipping label, attached and sealed boxes in front of me.

What's the longest anyone's ever waited from the day you dropped off the trade in with UPS or USPS to the date you got the trade in accepted confirmation email? Not just this current deal but any spectrum mobile trade in deal over the years.

When was your trade in phone delivered to them?
They were delivered Wed Feb 26 and I had dropped them off on the 19 from a major southeast us city so I was getting a little anxious. I think they do them in mass batches.

keeping all lines active will guarantee all phones unlocked after 61 days.

other method: keep 1 line active. once phone 1 unlocked, activate phone 2 on active line. wait 61 days then request unlock. rinse and repeat.
