  1. Visit the Samsung Discount Program page and select the program for which you qualify.
  2. Visit the Samsung Galaxy Ring page.
  3. Select your desired color and size.
  4. Select Yes, I know my size and choose your ring size.
    • Note: Galaxy Ring's size is slightly different from that of regular rings, they recommend using the free sizing kit before ordering.
  5. Select Yes, trade-in.
  6. Select Watch.
  7. From the drop-down menu select the brand as Other.

When mine was new it would last almost 2 days. 4 months later it'll only hold a charge for 6-8 hours. I sent it back to Samsung and they refused to repair it because it was "damaged" but they wouldn't say how.

Just spoke with their customer service and they wrote the following: "Any condition is a recycle program. They take everything, so even if your Fitbit Versa doesn't work or you cannot find the charger, you can still trade it in". He was obviously responding to a specific question I had but that's the gist of it.

Even when you select that option, the criteria remains the same. it has to be working and free if cracks. I had a long back and forth with Samsung on this before and even they weren't sure. I decided not to chose this option after all.

I have my screen time set to turn off for sleep. And set the watch face to something good that changes when in passive mode.

No real problems with the watch. The biggest problem sleep tracking. My ringconn ring is much better at tracking sleep than the 7 ultra. Everything else about that watch is amazing so I'm sure they will fix it.

You need to get sizing kit, Samsung sizes are not regular sizes..

Yes but they tried to say I didn't send my Fossil watch in and I called them and told them the UPS tracker had a WEIGHT and that proved something was inside the box. They manually had to approve my trade in.
