Not sure why the hate, I agree. This is one of my favorite combos. I've tried everything from hand waxing carnauba, to liquid pastes, to ceramic, with varying levels of longevity. In the end, I just make sure to wash with a combo like this at least once a month and it does a good enough job that I don't bother hand waxing it anymore.

Over the last decade, the Armor All products I've used haven't been as good as their competitors. But my Dad bought a two-pack of this product recently, and he gave me one bottle. I tried it, and I'm very impressed. It's as good, if not better, than all the other wash-and-wax auto wash products I own. It's quite good. Armor All nailed this one.

Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo is ok when I started using foam cannon, but I moved on to others since it's not very cost effective. Meguiars calls it for a 5:1 Ratio as printed on the label; that's a lot of soap used.

For example Turtle wax has 2:1 ratio on the label for foam canon, armor all snow foam is 5:1, Mr pink from chemical guys 2:1 What are you using that is more cost effective? I am genuinely interested to know, because I was my car myself for past 5 years and so far, I found Gold Class great cost effective option.

If I remember, CG Mr. Pink calls for 2-ounce in a 32-ounce bottle. 32/2=16-1=15 that's 15:1 ratio. I get mine by the gallon at O'Reilly's, it's Superior Products Wash-N-Shine the soap is meant for handwash but gets decent foam at 15:1, has no Wax or Scent. If I wanted more foam used just get their Cherry Foam Soap or increase by going to 10:1 with Wash-N-Shine.

I won't comment on the cost, but I've been using this stuff for years and really like it. It's concentrated so a bottle lasts. Also it certainly gives your vehicle a waxed look that lasts awhile.
