That is a very good price on the RG652. I have one (different color/year). Paid a bit more on clearance from Sweetwater in 2023. Very happy with it. It is a highly playable and very well crafted guitar.

@Nattefrost - Pups not the best for death metal but can cope.

From the ibanez wiki:

"The Fusion Edge pickup series was designed to produce a modern, progressive metal sound, with clarity, power and velocity. The neck and bridge pickups are calibrated in terms of both output and tone quality to work together as well as produce distinctive individual voices."

The resistance is listed on the wiki as well. It seems like they're good for metal, but you might want to find a video to hear them out.
