Go figure.
I placed 2 trade in orders online, 1 for each of 2 lines. I got 1 trade in email only. I asked chat, and chat said it is the same offer number for both orders. I don't see how that can be right. The offer number shows the IMEI of the trade in phone. What should I do?
Spectrum sends the trade in email after the order is shipped. If you only got one, that means they only shipped one.

Spectrum messes up every now and then and it would not surprise me if they can't get this fixed.
How many lines do you have? If I'm interpreting your comment correctly after your last 3 online trade-ins you will have done 16 trade-ins?
3 lines. Yes, 16 total.
Did you get the 2nd trade in credit? Or did you end up returning the phone?

Just got the revised device value of 0 email from Assurant due to equipment type mismatch. Frustrating. I plug the trade in phone into Spectrums website today and it still gives $5 value for the device. Spent an hour chatting with Spectrum today and that was useless. Waiting to hear back from escalation with Assurant - not hopeful.
