....should I hold out for the 900 Pro. I have the 900Pro in my truck and it works great. I need one in my wrangler. the 900 seems to be 1/2 what the 900 pro costs with this deal.

I just bought a G900 Pro, since wife doesn't have a native backup camera. Very happy with it, but much more expensive.

If this deal was available 2 weeks ago, I'd buy it instead.

it was released pretty recently so i doubt it'll go on sale for this much. I'm pretty happy with the pro on my truck. I carry 2 spares upright in the bed and its always been tough to see through my rear view mirror. With this one, I see at all times and its handy to know its recording.

The 900Pro has TWO Sony Starvis sensors in both the front and rear cameras which is a huge plus for me. They are unmatched at night

Starvis 2 is the current best low light sensor. The G900 Pro has it. This one doesn't. I have something similar and the only complaint is you can't see the screen well during the daytime due to the glare.

Wolfbox sells an anti glare film. It's more of a mattte film like the kind you put on an iPad. It's does a great job with daytime fare but you won't be able to use the Wolfbox as a mirror. https://wolfbox.com/products/wolf...ror-camera

I have had something similar for a few years now. These will wear the ball joint of your rear view mirror and it'll start sagging.

Thanks for that. I looked through their products and the one I have is similar in shape to their G890 but no film is available for that model.
