What really Sucks about their claim of Upgrade anytime is that once you do it, you are stuck for 2 years getting credits and can't even pay it off early to do another upgrade anymore. So in reality they should just call it what it is, a 2 year contract to get the full value.
Only way to upgrade often without loosing the total value is if you had a bunch of free lines and converted to PLUS, then you use those lines to upgrade. Then, you are still stuck with phones with balances that can't be unlocked.

Edit: had to call in to have the denial reversed. Thanks for the reminder!
First, some people forget/don't do it at all. -Tmobile saves a ton of money
Second, deny a ton of people for no reason. If the people don't fight it - Tmobile saves a lot of money.
Third, even after they say they'll do it, you might have to call again...
They just keep whacking off those percentages and get away with it.
