see this comment under customer reviews, on the amazon site at URL given on the first page:"...Infimobile has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Not only is their service unreliable—with constant dropped calls and slow data speeds—but they also demand a full year's payment upfront. After just a couple of months, they disconnected my service without any clear reason, and getting it restored has been a nightmare.Their customer support is among the worst I've encountered—careless, unresponsive, and unhelpful. I've spent weeks following up with them, and still no progress. If you're considering Infimobile for budget reasons, please think twice. A "cheap" plan that doesn't work when you need it and leaves you stranded isn't worth any price. Avoid Infimobile if you value your time and money."
My experience has been good with support. I did two transfers with zero issues and eSIM conversions. There could be more to this story that the person isn't sharing.

Yeah the website is janky AF, like someone's nephew designed it. Definitely sort of feels like your one bad click away from getting a virus Big Grin
If you can get a virus from a site and have no protections in place, infimobile should be least of your worries

Their user control pannel website is so buggy, I cannot update Caller ID for verify my bank nor add security question for porting out. CS chat sucks, I wait for hours but nobody answer my question.

Same issue. Not accepting Amazon order number. Returning - too much hassle.
I bought this and will try to port from my current carrier. if it doesnt work out, will return.
How was the return experience with Amazon? Did you have to send the SIM packet back?

Yeah. I initiated the return and dropped the sim pack off at a Whole Foods. It doesn't matter to me because I'll use it, but fyi, they refunded as Amazon credit instead of refunding the purchase to my card.

I just received the package. Mine is not sealed or factory wrapped. Basically anyone can see the pin code and sim number. SInce I need to wait 2 months to activate, I can't return it if something goes wrong. I want to confirm that this was the way you guys got it. Thanks.

Yes. I got 2 of them. The packaging looked "worn" to say the least. But both worked successfully. If you saw how janky the website you'd probably understand that this was to be expected haha.
