you dont always have an option to get a replacement for same price.

Sure you do. You ship them the defective GPU using a free label and they ship you a replacement.

Newegg policy for a defective GPU is a full refund or replacement within 30 days at no cost to the customer.

Stay faaaar away from Orico SSDs. They use NAND chips that have not passed QC or harvested from failed return SSDs. Forums are filled with people complaining of data loss after their drives failed in 3-4 months. In Shenzhen china this would be $10 because people know what's up.

Stay with the usual manufacturers Teamgroup, Crucial, etc.

A reasonable word of caution. As a practical money-saving matter, I installed 2 2TB Orico 2.5in SSD's as data drives 4 months ago and they are working OK. Would I trust them for a mission critical OS or to hold files I can't replicate? Probably not. For my uses, if they outlast their warranties, the value is satisfied.

Sounds like your issue is with Gigabyte, not Newegg. Amazon wouldn't accept the return after 30 days , either.

How is it Neweggs fault? every retail will be 30 days, it will be the same for Amazon! That's Gigabyte shitty warranty! You should have said no you won't be sending it on again and complain to your credit card! Do better!
