Bought this deal in the past, tan color, was like new in condition. The refurbished pair developed what seemed like a firmware failure (Bluetooth stoped functioning and other oddities) after a few months. Contacted customer service and without too much trouble they took them back to repair or replace them. I think I had to pay for return shipping. 2 days after they received package after I got a tracking # from a different B&W location compared to both OG purchase and return address. They replaced with the headphones with a sealed new box. Had this pair for 6+ months with no similar software/firmware issues. I enjoy the headphones I'd rate them a 4/5 for build quality and 4.5 for sound and 3/5 on software. Premium build quality visually but leather is thin and delicate so treat with care. The leather when wearing will drastically change color (light tan leather turning to a dark brown in some spots for me)

Royal burgundy color looks great! I would highly recommend picking it up if it comes in stock. Marketing pictures does not do it justice. It looks like what iron man would wear with subtle gold color metal parts and burgundy color. Very nice in person.
