I got the Baratza ESP when it was $160. It is good all in one grinder, but it has it's issues:
1) all plastic body,
2) loud, can wakes up the whole house in the mornings,
3) messy, dosing cup is 2 inches from the spout so grinds fly everywhere.
I highly recommend DF54 instead. $229, so more expensive, but just better overall. All metal body, flat burrs instead of conical, more powerful motor, lower grind retention, step less adjustments, and a lot quieter.

If you aren't doing espresso, the other one is better. IF you are, this has finer adjustments in the espresso range.
