Inexpensive and convenient. There are fewer SD cards today, but if you come across one, then you will be able to read it. Nice to have in your toolbox.

Both are USB 3.0 interface (so 5Gbps). The more expensive one has a metal shell while this one is plastic. Neither support UHS-II (otherwise they would advertise it).

Out of curiosity, how important is UHS-II? I know UHS-III is available but does this really affect read/write speed drastically?

A Google search shows me UHS-II is 312 MB/s and UHS-II is 104 MB/s
