See this project farm video for his take on this jump starter.
https://youtu.be/jlK7UWHD3sY?si=zBNPCOLfQzhMeBHI

TLDR it's not the strongest jump starter(lower power than NOCO, Avapow, Gooloo, or Hompow)
but in testing was one of the better models that combines tire inflator and jump starter together in a single unit
It was tested at the $77 pricepoint

I've never needed to jump myself in 10+years but I love using it to jump other stranded people

How is this compared with this previous deal?

most specs are comparable, this other one shows 160 PSI

SD has hacked me. I just finished watching ProjectFarm which had a good review of this. Shame it has a space wasting handle.

Continuing my PSA that LFP jumpers are starting to ship.

I won't buy another non-LFP unit since you have to float these at 50% or they rot after a season or two in West/SW state heat.

What is the importance of non-LFP jumper?

I had 5 different nexpow jumpers over last 4 years. They all died within a year or two. It was either problems with batteries or charger or controller. Never buying this brand again. Garbage.

Curious how and where were they kept?
Did you ever use them?

Car batteries don't die very often unless you do something dumb or they are very old and on their way out. I feel like by time you run into a scenario where you actually need a jump and aren't at home near a power outlet, the odds are just as good that this device here is also dead.

Came to the comments hoping to find "expert" advice regarding specs, comparisons to others, and if this was a good value. I recently bought a booster advertised on SD for $30. Slickdeals leads me to some of my best purchases.

The form factor is so much bigger than the Gooloo, definitely a big minus. I agree with you, this thing is 7 lbs it doesn't need an enormous handle making it almost double in size.

1) Can you use the pump without the battery, aka can you charge it while pumping?
This is the major deal breaker if it doesn't, because we all know, in few years that battery will be dead, especially if it stored in hot trunk.
2) does it remember last used settings, including the pressure?

Seemed like a pretty decent deal so picked one of these up as I needed a jump starter in my work vehicle. Will report back as I've been needing to jump it every 3-4 days if it sits haha

1) according to ProjectFarm, this one can't be used without battery. So. I'll pass.
