Second time they had this deal
I Purchased Dec 23, 2024. This is my 3rd Bella coffee maker, and they are good performers.
They last pretty well, and for the price you can't beat it.

good value for this price. It does OK with making 5-6 cups at a time.

The water level marker is 4 minimum but I've brewed half below that level without a problem.

I second this. This is a great coffee maker at a great value. I especially like that you can adjust the "keep warm" time from 2-4 hours. I am tempted to buy a second as a backup.

adding some prior experience with bella, but had to do a refund with Bella (minor latch broke, didn't care enough for unit to try and fix), and other than an awkward phone line to contact, pretty smooth refund process and no delay after photos to get a refund.

Did you have extended warranty or how did you qualify for a refund? We have a cheapo one good for 2 large cups of coffee. Probably a 4 or 5 cup sized. Would like a programmable one with larger capacity.

i did not purchase an extended warranty, it had "broke" within the one-year period (a very cheap lid mechanism), likewise it was also on a clearance-pricing sale, so exchange wasn't offered. not speaking on the product quality here, but just saying what the refund experience was.

Out of curiosity, do you use paper basket filters with it and did you have problems with the handle on the mesh basket popping loose repeatedly? I bought one the last time this was listed and the handle on the basket never stayed put so I returned it..other than that it worked fine but the basket is cheaply made

We got this for Christmas on the previous sale and, like others, for an inexpensive drip coffee maker, we liked it. Unfortunately, within a month, the filter holder broke: the spring and stopper are loose. On other models we have, there's a gasket that holds those in place; I don't know if that came off, or if this has a different design, but it's made the coffee maker unusable. We've tried getting in touch with customer service--Best Buy was no help--but haven't heard anything back after leaving a message and e-mailing.

It's a good price, but I guess be careful cleaning the filter holder.

OK but where do you put the paper filters? If memory serves they need to be inserted into the cheap basket whose handle won't stay attached..Its been months since I returned the device, so I can't remember whether it can be used without the flimsy basket. Thanks
