Be aware this is the longer sheet paper, not the normal one.

Sometimes I forget you have to buy office supplies rather than just borrow them from work

The binder is a great deal. I usually get the 1-inch from Target for $2.19 each, pre-tax.

They have a lot of corporate / enterprise customers and small businesses relying on them for office stationery and other needs, and no one else provides the breadth of such services. And in many corporate settings, they usually go to one place that offers them everything reliably even if breaking up some orders to another retailer (say, Costco Business, Amazon Business) may save them money.

The company I work for has an exclusive contract to purchase office supplies through them, and I assume it's the same for many many other businesses

Watercolors are great for grandkids and less $ than Walmart so yes, this was helpful. Thank you.

Does business contact have deep discount or rebates?

My work goes through 100s of ream per day so I can't imagine how much we need just in paper and toner.
There is a business pricing because in good ol days I used to buy a lot from them and they had business pricing and even had designated purchasing manager assigned to me. The pricing was not the best but certainly less than retail. I don't know if enterprise customers get any better pricing.
I'd getter better pricing with 50% back on ink offers than any business pricing.

Why do binders cost $7 for a simple 1/2 in binder? ShopRite sells 1in for a buck during the back to school sales. This is thievery
